Caleb is saying this one word over and over again. We have yet to interpret what he’s really saying. Any guesses?

After playing it for about 50 times and knowing the influence of his dad, I would say he is trying to say “ball”. If not that, then “bath” or some other “b” word.

i think maybe he’s saying “duh” as in “duh, i can already talk i’m just trying to make sure my first word is something really good like disestablishmentarianism!” once again, this video is too cute!!

Further analysis: At around :20 he is saying “GE”, then at :37 it is “BE”, and at :47 we get “BA”, and finally at 1:18 it becomes “DA”. If you combine them you get something like “GE…BE” and “BA…DA”. The official baby talk dictionary has helped me decipher the first part, “GE..BE”, as “getting bath”. He is really happy to be getting a bath. Then as he looses interest and starts to become bored with the bath he says “BA..DA” which means “ball dad”. He wants to play ball with dad. Makes sense to me.
